THE GOAL

EMOTIONALLY CONNECT

In a world where HGTV dominates the mind of today's buyer, it's important that the home emotionally connects with and excites buyers online. This is where first impressions are made and can impact the amount of showings you have once the home is live.

DECLUTTER

This is the most important tip - a cluttered home doesn't photograph well. Often times buyers assume that a cluttered home is a neglected home. Decluttering also brings the focus to beautIful trim work, ceiling height and all the features offered by the home.

DEPERSONALIZE

This one can be hard for some sellers because it's an emotional time of pulling family photos off walls. Today's buyer needs to see themselves living in the home in order to emotionally connect with it.
